Practice Manager and Director of Business Development
Jillian is our Practice Manager and Director of Business Development, where she oversees the day-to-day operations of the practice and helps ensure every patient has a seamless, welcoming experience. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and brings years of experience in healthcare management, medical aesthetics, and operational leadership. With a passion for both patient care and operational excellence, Jillian works closely with our team to create a warm, supportive environment for patients and staff alike.
Jillian loves traveling and discovering new destinations, whether it's relaxing at the beach or exploring a new city. After relocating from Arizona a few years ago, she has come to appreciate New England's cooler weather and the beauty of all four seasons.
Patient Care and Marketing Coordinator
Lexi is our Patient Care and Marketing Coordinator. She is originally from Cape Cod and graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst's Isenberg School of Management with a bachelor's degree in Marketing. In her role, Lexi guides patients through every step of their experience, from scheduling consultations to coordinating care, while also managing the practices' marketing initiatives.
Outside of the office, Lexi enjoys exploring Boston, discovering new restaurants and coffee shops, reading, and going to the beach. She is also very musical and loves to enjoy music in all of its forms including live music, karaoke, concerts, etc.
Medical Assistant and Surgical Coordinator
Sophia is our Medical Assistant and Surgical Coordinator. She grew up in Hanover, Massachusetts and graduated from Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Neuroscience with a minor in English. She assists with patients' preoperative and postoperative appointments, manages surgical scheduling, as well as prepares clinic procedures.
Sophia loves spending time outside, especially going on walks or hikes around New England. She enjoys reading, baking, playing piano, and taking Pilates classes. When she is not trying new Greek or Italian recipes for dinner, you can find her exploring the food and coffee scene in Boston.
