Jane Cultrera

Practice Manager and Director of Business Development

Jane brings many years of experience in medical office management, including neurosurgery, orthopedic surgery and nephrology. She is our leader in the office and we all turn to her for advice and support. She will also be there for you, especially with navigating some of the difficult insurance questions.

Heather Bates

Physician Assistant

Heather is our Physician Assistant and works closely with our plastic surgeons to provide comprehensive care to patients, helping to evaluate surgical patients, assisting in the operating room, and performing non-surgical cosmetic procedures, such as Botox and dermal fillers.

Heather has experience as an EMT and was also our medical assistant before attending MCPHS University, where she earned her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies. With a deep passion for aesthetics and a commitment to patient-centered care, she is dedicated to helping individuals achieve their cosmetic and reconstructive goals with confidence and grace.

Anasia Clayton

Medical Assistant and Surgical Coordinator

Anasia is our Medical Assistant and Surgical Coordinator. Originally from Orlando, Florida. She moved to Washington, DC where she attended and graduated from Georgetown University with her B.S. in International Affairs. During her time at Georgetown, Anasia had the opportunity to study at Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona Spain and Universidad Católica Argentina in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Before moving to Boston, Anasia was living in Madrid, Spain as a participant in the Spanish Minesterio de Educacion y Formacion Profesional North American Language and Culture Assistants Program.

After completing her pre-medical post-bacc at Northeastern University, Anasia plans to continue her studies to become a Physician Assistant. In her free time, Anasia enjoys hiking, traveling both domestically and abroad, as well as exploring the unique arts scene in Boston.

Emma Stokes

Patient Care and Marketing Coordinator

Emma is our Patient Care and Marketing Coordinator. Originally from Cork, Ireland, Emma moved to Boston last year after recently graduating from University College Cork with an MSc in Strategic Marketing and Practice. She manages the practice’s marketing activities as well as a lot of scheduling of patients in our clinic.

Emma has a huge passion for travel and has lived in Zakynthos, Greece as well as Méribel, France. Emma has been loving life in Boston, especially the sports… and if you see her in the office don’t be afraid to chat about all things Ireland! She’ll guarantee you know where to get the best pint of Guinness in Cork.
